Just to remind those people who have been around for a while and
those of us who are new to the list.

If you need help with something you can send mail to sheflug-
help@listbot.com. You can also contact human help at.......
lbfree@linkexchange.com. They will always write back to you, you
might have to wait a while.

The list robot should automatically unsubscribe you if you get a
mail bounce going. This would be something like 20 e-mails in 10 or
30 minutes. If this happens and you are still subscribed then
unsubscribe and come back later.

If none of this works then please do write to me and I'll try and
get at your problem from here. I'm the list owner. If I can't sort
it then no one can.
