Todays Meeting

Hi

Well... in spite of everything we were able to have a good meeting
today. Not many people turned up but the quality of the individuals
made up for the lack of crowds. We even had a visitor from
Manchester in the shape of Owen LeBlanc. There was even interest
from local industry. Not bad for a first meeting.

We were able to compare notes and chat generally with each other
about all things Linux. Many topics were covered in a few short
hours. Just what we needed to do.

The next meeting in July will be a beer session down at the Cask and
Cutler or the Fat Cat. Either is fine for me and within easy reach
of the Shalesmoor tramstop. We could meet somewhere else, I'm open
to suggestions. Possible dates for a meeting are evening of July
16th/17th ... 23rd/24th... 30th/31st. Please do send feedback about
this and we'll organise a date between us. Don't forget to write it
down !
