Don't know. The last time I mentioned LInux down there (for an
experiment) some of them said eh... what.. and others said...
oh.. I've seen it, just haven't been able to use it. So...
things aren't as bad as they look. There have been places in
Sheffield where I have been asked to leave after being very polite to
everyone.

:-) Oh... glad someone else noticed. you should hear what the
local gangsters (software pirates/drugs etc) have to say about buying
MS software off the shelf. At least they don't get too much of a
look in when it comes to Linux

They do get lots of people down there and they do have the floor
space. Just that no one buys anything from them.

Blackwell's think that the idea about giving out discount vouchers
or leaflets is very good. Their senior managers are going to have a
chat about it.
