Yes... but how does one do that if only a small group of individuals
in the UK understand anything about open source concepts. The vast
majority of the security folk in this country think that NDAs and
Microsoft are the way forward because it fits in with the official
secrets act. My own experience with the RAF/ Army etc was that
thinking for yourself wasn't good because it didn't help organised
crime at an international level. Incidentally, discussing any
security issues on a list of this sort is like paying a druggie down
the road to come and kick your front door down. Well... at least in
the UK it is.
