Connecting with Kppp

Hi

I've been having security problems to do with IPV4 and
i4L so I didn't get the last one to do with Kppp and slow connections.

One of the other options is to tell a Linux system to break
down the packets downloaded into smaller parts. It depends on which
distribution you use as to where you add the extra line.

Perhaps Owen or Ted Harding could answer this one ?
