Looks like you lost the .kde

Call it firewall or something and put in in /usr/local/bin and then put
/usr/local/bin/firewall in /etc/ppp/ip-up.local (or whatever the equivalent is
on SUSE). Alternatively just bung the script at the front of ip-up.local.
