I've played around with it a bit. But not seriously. I'd like to
learn more about it but can't find a book about it. I'm going to be
reading Beginning Linux Programming soon (Wrox Press) but I don't
think that particular volume is about the KDE.
I'm possibly planning

Not seen one yet but as we all know there could be a problem
somewhere. The best thing you could do would be to get on to the KDE
site and get the e-mail address of the developers and have a chat
with them. I've done that with the Kmail developers and leant quite
a bit about Kmail very quickly. The KDE is now used in most Linux
distributions so it's a good idea to take it seriously.
Perhaps one of our foreign correspondents could shed some light on
something ?
