If it's anything like last time, it'll be a bit of both. Certainly, new
users were the main target, but there are also a lot of knowledgable
people who pass through and I remember having a particularly in-depth chat
with a Java developer, which was very interesting. We also had a couple of
people bring in their boxes to be configured, or to have linux installed
by experts, etc. The mix of people tends to be really good, so while I got
to preach linux conversion to the unwashed masses, I also got to talk
indepth about stuff, fiddle with some software that refused to install
until I told it who was boss, etc ;))

I have imwheel already. I'm waiting for something that will support my
mouse completely tho' - I have a mouse with four buttons a joystick in
the centre. It is a thing of beauty ;)
Would someone who's read linux answers like to write a short
review/synopsis for the list? I've not even seen a copy, and I'd like to
know what's in it, who it's aimed at, stuff like that. I think it's
probably not something aimed at my level of use, but it would be nice to
be able to recommend it to people - I know of a friend of mine in
particular who springs readily to mind.. I think I'll send him the URL now
and tell him to go buy a copy ;)
Cheers,
Alex.
