This is indeed the case. Sheffield Uni provides a free (currently unlimited
in 2 hour boluses) service. We have, however, had notice that a minority of
users are using the service for upwards of 30 hours a week and that if this
continues, time quotas will be implemented. Let us use, not abuse, our services!
