Hmmm, IBM are the acknowledged world leaders in hard disk technology at the
moment. There's always the chance of a rogue in any batch of components,
especially a mechanical doobrie like a hdd that's been subjected to the
rigours of transport. Get it swapped cross yer digits.

of course... it does say IBM on the label on the hard drive. Looks
like we are going back to the 1980s again ? I remember when sweetie
wrappers were better storage devices than IBMs :-)
