Yep, it's a PCL 4 printer, so you want the ljet2p driver for Ghostscript.
Anything postscript should be printable, although you may only be able to
get upto 300x300 (ask Xerox why; it's a spec thing as usual).

If you have RH, use printtool. I believe SuSE uses apsfilter thru' YaST,
although I've never configured a printer under SuSE.
