A reboot like that generally has a good reason! It might be worth your
while finding out what's wrong. NT is stable enough to realise when it's
about to crash as a general rule ;)

Depends what you mean by Delphi. It's unlikely that Kylix is going to be
similar enough to Delphi to port programs (IMO, of course ;). Of course,
there's also KDEStudio which looks rather like C++ Builder..
