Foolishly clobbered Ghostscript

Hi

A while back I installed the freefont package on my machine whilst
doing this I managed to slightly clobber my Ghostscript install. I can
remember substituting the Fontmap file for something another one which
is probably the culprit. I get this error message in my print log. I
don't even get an attempt at output

GNU Ghostscript: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

also when I trying to view post script files with ghost view I get font
not found errors

I just don't really don't know how to go about fixing this. The other
half so to of ghostscript is working fine as I can print fine from star
office.

I don't really want to wade in on my own this time as It looks like a
house of cards this one
