Fair enough, all I mean is :
ls /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_autofw.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_cuseeme.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_ftp.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_irc.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_mfw.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_portfw.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_quake.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_raudio.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_user.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22/ipv4/ip_masq_vdolive.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_autofw.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_cuseeme.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_ftp.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_irc.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_mfw.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_portfw.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_quake.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_raudio.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_user.o /lib/modules/2.2.5-22smp/ipv4/ip_masq_vdolive.o
ip_masq_autofw.o
ip_masq_cuseeme.o
ip_masq_ftp.o
ip_masq_irc.o
ip_masq_mfw.o
ip_masq_portfw.o
ip_masq_quake.o
ip_masq_raudio.o
ip_masq_user.o
ip_masq_vdolive.o
This is a dynamic growing list as weird protocols appear, routers won't cope
with all as fast, I'm certain. Still why would an office require quake ;)
Note: IIRC neither kmod nor kerneld will auto load these protocols on demand,
so you should preload whatever you need, but then who has a 4meg 386 that's
gonna struggle loosing a few 100k of memory? 40 quid gets you a 486dx66 with
16meg, case/psu/mb from Morgan computing, this is probably all in the
Linux-Router-HOWTO ?
