You have to provide the mail server's address, not the domain.
In this case, it probably is mail.zetnet.co.uk. So replace the
domain.co.uk bit by mail.zetnet.co.uk
To make sure this is your mail server try
telnet mail.zetnet.co.uk 110
If you get a +OK... message, type
USER user_name
You should get
+OK user_name selected
