email headers
hi,
i'm having trouble eith my email headers.
i use the following configuration
kmail to write mail
sendmail -q to post to SMTP
fetchmail -d0 to retrieve mail from pop3
procmail as local delivery agent (procmail -ptoY -f) set inside
fetchmailrc
kmail to read mail from /var/spool/mail/$LOGNAME
the headers are acceptable to netscape but not other email programs.
i found that this is what is causing my mail box to be emptied when read
by kmail as it doesn't recognise the headers as new mail!
have i configured it wrong? can the header layout be changed as it
passes through procmail to be accepted my kmail and others?
oh! insidentally, pine also reads it ok. but i just can't live with that
interface (or fathom out how to configure it!)
All help welcome

Ross
