Well, you can always login as a normal user and then su. Most people don't
bother to secure that :(
As for restricted logins, dunno I'm afraid, not something I've ever done.
To be honest, ip spoofing isn't supposed to be that hard, so if you're
that worried about security (i.e., the machine's on the net) you should be
battening down the hatches anyway...
