I prefer the SuSE 6.4 thing. Admittedly I've yet to make it along to a
meeting, but I have no interest in which distro is more "user-friendly"; it'll
be totally subjective for a start (unless we can clone someone a couple of times
especially for the test), intimidating for the laboratory rats, sorry, clones,
and at the end of the day who cares? I run SuSE, someone else runs RedHat,
someone else runs Debian. We (will) have Linux Answers/Format for that type of
thing and Mandrake and Caldera already won, but I'm sure you already know that.
Let's put SuSE head to head against Corel and see who wins? But what will that
prove? Plus the people on this list aren't new users, except me of course, but
I've already tried out RedHat and I've only been using Linux for about six
weeks/two months. If you're worried that the SuSE 6.4 is going to turn into a
sales pitch, then perhaps someone could heckle the case of the other distros?
Only joking.
Sorry to waffle on and on and on...
