Unlikely... telnet is a terminal emulator, so you could (I
guess) access your machine and run DOS or something like that :). You
may try vnc, which allows you to have your Windows session in a window
in X (or Windoze), and viceversa.
As for NFS, there are some clients, but I can't think of any
free one. Easy solution, export the NFS shares as SMB (samba) shares.
As for ftp, and by what people tell me of MP3 sites using some
Windows based FTP server that goes by the name WarFTPD or something
similar :) But go for samba: nice 'n' easy :)

Since I don't use Win, I'm not sure, but I guess you can just
assign the computer an IP address, save it, and you're done :-?
Presumably, it will be under "Network Configuration" or similar
