Don't worry, the actual presentation isn't as polished... <g>

It's the way I normaly lecture in Oz.  You provide an outline, then fill it
in on the day, providing answers to questions and more fleshed out examples. 
Providing the notes beforehand means that a) People don't have to write so
much, just margin notes, and b) it gives people a chance to think up some
questions for the day.
