BeOS 4.5

Hello

I've just tried to install the BeOS 4.5 machine for Saturday and the
boot process has hung.  The graphics card is S386C775.

The error message says....

"Boot failure: happy file
/boot/beos/system/boot/Bootscript not found on
/dev/disk/ide/atapi/0/slave/raw"

That was whilst booting from the CD-ROM drive.  I've also tried the
floppy boot and with that the screen goes black and the machine
freezes.

Any suggestions ?  No machine no demo for Saturday.
