Err, yeah, C can do that, I'm afraid :( Function of the preprocessor,
though... don't think gcc does it, IIRC. Only counts for static linking,
too.

Another goody's Occam - ever tried that? Mmm. Horrific. By far the worst
language on the face of the planet, bar *none*.
