Well, I hate to say it but I think some of this is just a bit
predictable ?

Computing fell in through the letter box this morning (must get some
more concrete and steel around it) and I noticed that Mole has
departed this world (grunt - cry - wipe tears) and he's been replaced
with some Microsoft clones who claim to be journalists. One day there
will be another Mole. We may have to genetically engineer him ?

At page 20 there is 2/3 rds of a page which is a public statement from
Patricia Hewitt. It's all about what the budget means for IT. The
headline reads " We need to find a basis of agreement and trust".
Being an ex-Govt employee I find that my own translation of this is
that they haven't found a way to shut me up yet. But they are very
sure they will.

A paragraph in the middle of the article says ..... " And what about
Hewitts problems with her e-mail system ? Attachments lost, the usual
problems she said." I suppose that if you will use MS products then
this is what you will get ?

Apologies for taking her statement out of context. There are times
when comment may be more useful than common sense ?

Thanks
