Re: wine

i've been using wine for several months now and it is pretty impressive.

stick with something simple like

wine /windir/windows/calc.exe     (assuming /windir   is the windows partition)

before you can run it though, you must configure the configuration file!!!!!!
it's location depends on the release you are using (the latest release has
moved the location of the conf file) if it is the latest release you are using,
you should have 2 registry files in your home directory (they seem to be using
the same concept as MS)

once this is done, comands like this can be used

wine C:\windows\calc.exe

if you want a sample conf file, let me know and i'll post it.
