I'm sure you would. The trouble is I'm also one of their users, so that
really wouldn't do me much good! 

The good side is that their Cablemodem service is pretty good; 40 quid per
month for 512kb/s down and 128k/s up. I grab about 300MB per day from their
news server too, and online gaming is great with latency below 80ms.

Yep, mostly. Certainly all their servers seem to be Win based.
