The problem with the /en/ version is line-wrapping, splitting the lines
where no split should be. The German one is not wrapped & so the command
lines are not unduly terminated. wvdial works fine straight out of the
box, both with "straight" ppp -i.e. feed it all the dns etc., and in
"usepeerdns" mode. There is no problem with dynamic ip that I've come
across. If you're not getting an ip are you actually getting
authenticated?
