;) Not necessarily - the w3c (http://www.w3c.org/, IIRC) have all the
specifications on their website, and it's not too hard to understand. Plus,
you can use the HTML validators (not the same as weblint, necessarily) to
run through your code and point out any problems - some of them even offer
the solutions.
