Hmm.  No wonder people don't like setting up sendmail - everyone keeps
telling them to hack on sendmail.cf.  This is not a good way to do it - make
all changes to sendmail.mc and create the cf from that.

On the fetchmail bit, the question to be asked is "that's all well and good,
but how do I fetch my mail?".  You need to add the appropriate lines to
ip-up and ip-down to make it go properly.
