[Sheflug] ISPs

Hi, I know someone who is setting up an ISP, on the same lines as 
freeserve and other (pay for the calls) but he wants to target the Linux 
community as the primary user. But he has no idea for getting people setup 
from the Linux side whether to produce an installation or release the 
setup information or anything, if you are interested, his email is
