How do you come to this conclusion - sendmail is an industrial-strength
smtp mail system, an industry standard. For dialup it's a
sledgehammer/nut scenario, the fact that it's practical on a single
dialup system just highlights it's usability. Given an open 'net pipe,
simply starting it in daemon mode with scheduled or on-demand sending
it's hard to imagine a more flexible system.
