I use:

deb http://www.debian.mcc.ac.uk/Debian-both frozen main contrib non-free kde
deb http://www.debian.mcc.ac.uk/Debian-both frozen/non-US main contrib non-free

but there's a C++ library, I think, which you'll have to get from
the stable tree.
