Only problem I had was with Netscape (as always ? ).  I had to
download a coupe of rpms from SuSE to fix the problem.  That's
nsfix.rpm and xshared.rpm.  Works fine now.

Can't say who's the cheapest.  Perhaps Software Warehouse ?  I'd get
the full set with the book if I were you.  It's worth the money.
