[Sheflug] Question on ISPs

	OK configure to an ISP online and all it returns is "Do you want to 
configure IE automatically?" No I don't, so what information do I need to 
get the internet configured?
	Please do not say change ISPs, I am trying to help a freind setting up 
his vISP for Linux users. I have a document that it takes the information 
from called "insgen.cgi" but it is a text file that somewhat reselmbles 
Win .INI files in the format.
	Any help would be appreciated
