That's a helluva machine and Linux should love it. FSB speed makes no
difference to the OS - just the speed memory can talk to the CPU.
Incidentally, the FSB of all Athlons is 200Mhz, since the Athlon bus is
architecturally similar to the Alpha bus. Similarly, PC133 memory is no
problem, a benefit in fact.

The only caveats I can think of are 
(1) to check whether you need a
special Athlon boot disk for installation of whichever Linux you plan to
use.
(2) www.xfree86.org has a list of supported graphics cards, the Viper 7000
is not on there but this does not mean it will not work, as this depends
on the exact chipset on the card.
