erm..don't think I should pour boiling acid on an already dodgy
situation but here goes anyway.  It's quite normal for Plusnet staff
to be on the receiving end of their own inabilities.  I won't be more
exact than that.  I don't like to kick people in the crutch when they
are already in pain and lying on the ground.

My own ISP have said that Surftime is so useless that they are setting
up their own service for free calls.  Can't say when.
