And what happens when the second "paul" shows up?  Maybe you'll
remember, but what if it's "paula" or "liapaulaiani"?

You really should use

^TOpaul@

(Of course you're hosed on local mail, but you should be able to come
up with a way to handle that, like making sure your mailer _always_
generates a FQDN To: address.)
