Passive just means that data connection goes from port `cat
/dev/random` on the client to port 20 on the server, instead of the
server initiating a contact to port 20 on the client. There are still
two connections.

Dunno 'bout you, but I am big enough to hold down my little girl with
one hand and buckle the belt with the other. And that's that. Safety
first FULL STOP.

Sometimes she hurts herself, and of course _I_ apologize for it. But
I don't pander just because she can scream louder than a rock concert.

Solution: use the real definition of safety.
