[Sheflug] File permissions for ssh keys.

 I'm attempting to login to noodles via ssh using RSA key authorization,
my only problem being a report of bad modes for ~/.ssh/authorized_keys.

 What file permissions and ownerships work for this file?

 I've already tried turning off StrictModes in /etc/sshd_config but it
hasn't helped.
