[Sheflug] useradd

ive got a big problem im working for a college near Wakefield and part of
the new 11to16 IT is to desigh web pages so i need to add 1600 users to a
linux web server by the end of the week i can create the users using :

useradd -d /usr/local/httpd/htdocsstudents/joeblogs -g student -k joeblogs
from a large script derived from a student database (CSV file)

But how can i bulk set the passwd as we are providing them with a pre set
passwd the same as the rest of the network.
