[Sheflug] Stallman Lecture

Dear All

This is just a first mention of a possible date for a lecture by
Richard Stallman here in Sheffield.

Just now we think that it will be on the 24th of October at Sheffield
University.   I've organised this myself.  It took a lot of late
nights and much tea and coffee.  

All I'm waiting for now is the confirmation that this is definitely
going ahead.
