Oh yeah... :) Better than doing regular ftp's :) Not really used dig that 
much, though I know its got a lot of power behind it.

Though one question...trying it now, and before I actually try 
properly...it's returning the TTL data as, say:

	E.ROOT-SERVERS.NET.     5d23h58m25s IN A  192.203.230.10
	D.ROOT-SERVERS.NET.     5d23h58m25s IN A  128.8.10.90
	A.ROOT-SERVERS.NET.     5d23h58m25s IN A  198.41.0.4

note its not used a number of seconds, but rather split the time into 
days/hours/mins/secs ... and I can't find the dig option to tell it to use 
seconds instead (ie, raw output). I didn't think Bind could take d:h:m:s 
times - thought it all had to be in seconds...

Glad to be corrected as appropriate :)
