Not the AMS. ;-)

But the point is that they expect "Word format", but what they get is
a million slightly different variations whose foibles they blame on
the author, not on the complete lack of standardization in the alleged
format.

Mice have nothing to do with knowing how to use _computers_.  Rather,
they are the preferred instrument of those who don't know how to use
computers and have no intention of learning.  But do want to take
advantage of the enormous power that computers have to magnify and
redistribute their ignorance to the world.
