[Sheflug] Problem with lpd not deleting spool files
The subject line says it all really. I've got a problem with lpd not
properly deleting printed spool files. Also, from time to time, I submit a
job (via samba or from the shell) and end up getting an earlier queued job
printing. If I clear down the queue (lpc clear), everything is OK.
I thought it might be a permission issue with '.seq' but that's consistent
with the contents ofthe rest of the spool file. The only thing is, some of
the files go in as owned by root, some by lp and some by the user. The bit
below is the 'ls -l -a' from an affected directory.
Anyone have any suggestions?
