 Not that I'm aware of. I've got a BX mobo, and I've selected the Promise
support, use DMA when available, PX4 (or whatever it's called) chipset support
and the system runs fine.

 I didn't rebuild the kernel last night - had a curry night with the lads from
work - much better!
