Yes, but this is for people who can afford credit cards. 

I've even phoned them several times to ask about a Surftime accounts
and all I get is something like - "Oh... t'internet, No, it's nothing
to do with us mate"  That's on a good day.  If I ask about sending a
cheque they just laugh and put the phone down.

So, lets not pretend that they offer a service of any sort shall we ??
