'netstat -rn' on the broken machine. Ditto 'ifconfig'.
'tcpdump -i eth0' on a working machine on the network, assuming you don't
have a switch. Even better, 'tcpdump -i eth0 src 192.168.0.6'
Also, ping the other way. Maybe even a do a list of the arp cache on a
working machine, or (better) run arpwatch with broken machine turned off,
turn on, and see what mail you get.
