[Sheflug] echo mail

hi all,

i've recently had comments (read bollocking!) from a subscibed user list
such as this informing me that my mail echo's ?

does anyone using sheflug experiance this sort of problem with my mailing?

i have noticed that when i run sendmail after recieving mail, a lot of data
is sent back out to my isp? i havn't been able to interpret the contents of
the packets so i don't know if they are acknolwedgements of mail reciept or
copies of the message! it does appear that for every message i recieve, one
batch of data is sent back out!

this problem only occurs when i fire up my linux machine. i'm sending this
from my work windows machine so there shouldn't be any problems with this
one!
