You have my deepest condolences.  I see that Lee Strafford is
published in this week's issue of Computing.

I remember him standing in front of me in 1998 and saying in front of
four other people that he thought that Plusnet was the worst ISP in
this country.

As an ex-employee I have to agree with him.
