PlusNet seem to be scrapping their SurfTime setup, in favour of
FIASCO.. sorry, FRIACO. Try Freeserve. They are getting better all the
time. There were original complaints, but since they upgraded the servers
there's not half as much to complain about. Not as much as surftime, thats
for sure!
