I was under the impression that as you don't buy software, you license it
(see Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988) you are bound by the terms of
the licence, and while you are free to sell the physical media for use as
coasters, you are not able to transfer the license to another user.
Basically, you can sell it, but the buyer can't use it. I think. :)
